Real Madrid ready to push for Mauro Icardi, according to reports in Italy

The los Blanco’s side are in need of a formidable striker since they lack fire power upfront this season
Inter Milan front man has been linked with the move to the Spanish giants
Real Madrid's lack of goals and especially by Karim Benzema, who has just five from 20 matches, has seen them linked with Mauro Icardi by Corriere dello Sport for next summer.

The most attractive element about the Inter forward is his price, with the buy-out clause dropping to 110 million euros next summer, and that is not so high considering recent transfers, sparked by Neymar's record-breaking move.

In Italy they are speculating that a strong World Cup by Icardi could increase his value.
